ABOUT

The Minchinhampton Community Hub is a valuable asset to the local and wider community. It supports people’s lives in many different ways.

The site of the Community Hub was partly gifted by a local member of the public in the 1940s and partly bought by Holy Trinity Church, with the aim to build a new Church Hall and offer a recreation facility for the parish.

Funds were raised from the Church, locals and a government grant, to build the Hall which is now the Community Hub.

The charity which owns the land and building is called “Site for a New Church Hall” who’s trustees are the Rector and Church Wardens.

We have established a Community Interest Company (‘CIC’) which will soon take over the running of the Gym and the Hall. This is called “Minchinhampton Community Hub” which will look after the day to day running, seek to raise monies to add new requirements and make improvements to the building. This will have a long lease with “Site for a New Church Hall.”
